Cameron Day
Chief Financial Officer
Cameron Day is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and Master of Science in Accountancy from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining OneBuild, he worked as a Senior Auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he primarily served the Boeing Commercial Airplanes engagement. Cameron has extensive knowledge of GAAP as well as experience in a multitude of financial systems, complex accounting transactions and technical research, and internal controls and processes surrounding all areas of accounting cycles.
Jessica Fabro
Project Engineer
Jessica Fabro earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at UC Berkeley and recently graduated with a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington. She has worked in different capacities related to the built environment in both the public and private sector. Prior to working at OneBuild, she spent three years working for city/county governments in California in the areas of planning and public works. Jessica has also worked as a designer for an architecture firm specializing in mixed-use, multi-family and affordable housing.
Natalie Gualy
Project Manager
Natalie Gualy has both domestic and international experience working at architecture firms over the past 7 years. She has led projects ranging from a 500 SF in-house music studio for a country music star to a 400,000 SF conversion of a shopping mall to a medical office building. Natalie is a firm believer that construction should reflect efficiency, sustainabilty, and quality design. She received a bacehlor’s degree in Architecture at Clemson University. She has also earned a Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington, College of Built Environments. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Garrett Hodgins
Director - Business Development
Garrett has worked as a project manager with a single and multi-family home developer, as an architectural product representative, and as a general manager of a specialty subcontracting firm. Past project experience includes a broad range of products and locations. Garrett is a Seattle native. He graduated from Central Washington University, and received his Commercial Real Estate Certification through the University of Washington. He is an active member of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, Building Association of Washington and the Urban Land Institute.
Roger Kowash
Manager - Engineering
Roger Kowash has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and automation for high tech businesses. Prior to joining IBS, Roger worked for Automated Tooling Systems, Inc, where he managed projects in excess of $9,000,000 annually. He has experience acquiring, designing, building, installing, and training operators to use custom manufacturing equipment. He also oversees the design, acquisition, and implementation of new equipment and technologies as well as the integration of shop drawings into the manufacturing processes.
Evan Lawler
Project Manager
Evan Lawler has 13 years of construction experience. He is a graduate of the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business with a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management. With five years of hands on carpentry work and eight years of professional management roles, Evan is a goal oriented team player. Prior to joining the team at OneBuild, Evan spent five years with a national CM/GC firm, Okland Construction, as a project engineer working on multi-family and commercial construction projects, before leaving to help start up a specialty energy efficiency subcontractor as business development manager for Western States Geothermal. His experience, communications, teamwork and solutions oriented approach add value to all aspects of construction projects.
John Mick
Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining OneBuild, John Mick was the founder and president of Integrated Building Solutions (IBS), a southern Oregon manufacturing company specializing in customized modular components. With OneBuild's recent acquisition of IBS, John now serves as our VP of Operations. John brings a wealth of experience in the modular home industry to OneBuild including having served as Vice President of Operations for Xtreme Structures, LLC from 2006-2007 and as the director and plant manager of mkConstructs, LLC (a Michelle Kaufmann company) from 2007-2009. Prior to entering the pre-fabricated construction industry, John worked in high-volume consumer products manufacturing, where, as Plant Manager, he was responsible for a manufacturing facility with 350 employees and an annual operating budget of $35,000,000. John holds a master's degree in business administration from University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in industrial management from Oregon Institute of Technology.
Dale R. Sperling
President, CEO and Director
Dale R. Sperling is a recognized business leader and real estate visionary in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to founding OneBuild, he served as president and chief executive officer of UNICO Properties LLC, which oversees 6.5 million square feet of office and retail space.
Dale is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is active in the Pacific Northwest business community, serving on the boards of the Pacific Real Estate Institute, the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, the Rainier Club and the SAFECO Field Public Facilities District.
Mr. Sperling is a certified public accountant with a master’s degree in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
